If you wish to return your products due to selecting the wrong size, color, or if the item does not meet your expectations, ensure that the item is unused and in resellable condition. Returns should be initiated within 14 days of receiving the package and must adhere to the tracked shipping date. Please be aware that after 14 days, we cannot guarantee a proper refund or exchange. Our 14-day hassle-free return policy applies only to unused items in resellable condition.

Before returning goods, contact our Customer Service Team at support@odysseyapparel.co. We will provide a return label for your use. Ensure to clearly label your return package with your contact details in case we need to reach you.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Odyssey Apparel covers all return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Attach this label to your return package to ensure the shipping process is managed correctly and securely.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item from Odyssey Apparel, we take full responsibility. Immediately contact our Customer Service Team. We will send a pre-paid return label, and upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference.

REFUND DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a product is shipped to an incorrect address due to the wrong information provided at the time of purchase, we are not responsible for issuing a refund. Additionally, for orders where an address change is requested after the product has been shipped, no refund will be issued if the item is still in transit. If the product is delivered to the incorrect address, no refund will be provided. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping information is entered when placing the order.
