We ship using both Sendle and Australia Post, with the carrier selected based on your location for optimal service. We recommend using a residential address for smooth delivery, as we do not ship to PO boxes or business addresses. Odyssey Apparel reserves the right to choose the most appropriate shipping provider to ensure efficient delivery of your order.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers. If you experience any issues with non-delivery or tracking discrepancies, please reach out to us within 2 days to initiate a claim. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for returned orders due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you need to update your details, please contact us promptly to avoid further delays.
PROCESSING TIME
Please be aware that all orders undergo a processing period, typically ranging from 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Additional time may be required for payment verification. It's important to note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In cases where an order includes multiple items and one or more of those items are out of stock, we will proceed to ship the available items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item(s).

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, and additional charges such as customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping cost at checkout.
